1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Propertypass ("the Service") at getpropertypass.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business (such as an estate agency, conveyancing firm, or property management business), you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Propertypass provides client-side browser PDF utility tools, including PDF redaction, LPE1 pack splitting, and document processing. All document rendering and vector redactions take place locally inside your computer device memory.

3. Usage Allowances & Pro Subscriptions

• Free Starter Tier: Allows processing up to 3 files per 24-hour period for single users. Free exports may contain a subtle footer watermark.
• Agency Pro Tier (£15/month): Grants unlimited file exports, watermark-free processing, multi-file batch operations, and priority processing. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime in your account settings or via Paddle.

4. User Obligations & Document Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights in all documents you process through Propertypass. You represent that you possess lawful authority or consent to process and redact personal data contained within uploaded documents.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Propertypass provides automated helper tools for document processing. Users are responsible for reviewing final exported documents before sharing them with third parties. Propertypass is not liable for inadvertent failures to redact non-standard document formats.
